Return & Refund Policy

Our goal is to deliver exceptional imagery and a smooth client experience. This policy outlines when refunds or reshoots may be available.

1. Session Deposits

Deposits secure your booking date and are non-refundable once pre-production work has begun. Deposits may be transferred to a new date if you reschedule with at least seven days’ notice.

If substantial planning or location scouting has already occurred, we may deduct reasonable costs from any deposit credited toward a future project.

2. Digital Deliverables

Because digital images cannot be returned, all digital sales are final. If files are corrupted or incomplete, we will provide replacements at no additional cost.

Requests for alternative edits or additional retouching after delivery are treated as new work and quoted separately, unless a specific revision allowance is included in your agreement.

3. Print Orders

Physical products that arrive damaged or defective will be reprinted and shipped at our expense. Please notify us within seven days of delivery with supporting photographs of any damage.

Colour variations may occur between on-screen previews and printed output due to device calibration differences. We offer proof prints on request to ensure final approval before full production.

4. Cancellations by Quogtthrozax

If unforeseen circumstances require us to cancel, we will refund all payments received or work with you to reschedule at your convenience.

We maintain contingency plans including backup photographers and equipment to reduce the likelihood of cancellation. Any additional expenses incurred by clients due to cancellation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
